This paper uses numerical analysis methods to simulate two fighters fighting in the air by computer and researches all the problems at different postures of the fighters when fighting. The mathematical modeling is preliminarily researched and designed during the air action emulation of two fighters. A sort of description means which is found is more realistic for the simplified modeling of the fighters. Air combat laws are researched by putting stress on the air combat of the fighters. Decision-making modeling of the maneuver fighting are built according to the elementary maneuver mode of the air action. A type of implementation method of the air action emulation visualizing system is given in this paper.Main research contents are as follow:1. Using CAD methods to give the aero 3-dimensional shapes of F16 and Su-27 and using commercial aerodynamic numerical analysis software to compute their aerodynamic performances.2. Linearizing the fundamental motion equations of the fighters and then establishing the state equations. Using nonlinear control system to control the rudder deflexions, and giving decision-making modeling of the maneuver fighting according to the current combat postures of the enemy's and our fighters.3. Implementing the 3-d visual system of air combat simulation with the help of the computer by using new technologies, such as OpenGL, Visual C++ and OOP. The procedures of fighting can be displayed intuitively. At the same time, the flight tracks of simulation can be recorded and analyzed, which helps to analyze and evaluate the performances of the current fighters in service qualitatively and quantitatively.
