Among all facts that could affect the performance of compressor, the geometrical shape and the aero-dynamical performance of the blade played a significant role on the total performance of compressor, so how to design an excellent blade was a key to improve the whole performance of compressor.In this thesis, the author developed some C++ classes including the NURBS curve and surface class, the mean-line edit class, the thickness distribution edit class, suction and pressure edit class and 3D entity edit class, which were expert in designing the compressor blade by adopting NURBS technique; accomplished the whole design work of two-dimension blade-element and the 3D blade generation visa skinning method; After the dynamical computation and analyzing using the flow field calculation program which had adopted those entire mature technique, then the blade geometrical shape was optimization redesigned by associating the blade dynamical parameter and the NURBS weights. Though the renewed optimization design on some kind aero-engine compressor's stator/rotor blade, the mach number distribution became more reasonable, the mass average total pressure recovery factor for the stator was also obviously improved, comparing with the original stator/rotor blade,On this base, the author independently developed a set of intelligent optimization blade design system on platform of VC++6.0 by using for reference to modal design thought and MVC design mode, which were the newest software design mode. Meanwhile the author also accomplished the rendering and emulation of the 3D blade with OpenGL in this system. Some aero-engine compressor optimization design application using the software showed that this software had a well engineering applying value and security.In this paper, the software's all function modules had well engineering application, intact function, simple interface, and a strong profession, meanwhile, it also had some inherited property and evolution potential, it was sure that it would be a good accessorial tool of the aero-turbomachinery blade design through unceasing researchand development.
