The Design Of Digital Control System In The Hardware-in-Loop Simulation Of Aeroengines

The hardware-in-loop simulation platform of aeroengine is widely used in the research of controller, project demonstration, period of system design. Through the experiment of hardware-in-loop simulation the fault of system design is found earlier, the best desigh project is confirmed, the danger of experimeng is reduced, the expenses is cut down.Aeroengine digital control system and the necessary of building hardware-in- loop simulation platform is introduced firstly, the general scheme of aeroengine hardware-in-loop simulation platform is introduced. Based on this scheme, the control system architecture is designed. Based on this system's necessary,the signal conditioning interface box is designed, it is used in the conditioning of sensor and the design of drive circuit, the software of controller is also developed, Finally, the performance index of controller is validated by a closed-loop simulation test system with aero-engine model and digital controller. The results show that control system has desirable property on interface, precision, reliability and real-time performance.
