The technology of digital control represents a development trend of gas turbine control, and a digital electronic controller is the core unit in a gas turbine control system. Based on the point of developing gas turbine control system independantly, and improving the flexibility, real time capability and reliability of the digital electronic controller, this paper proposed a kind of design scheme based on DSP with triplex redundancy, which has been actulized in engineering.As an object of sdutying digital control system of gas turbine used on naval ship, this paper analyzes the demands of function and performance of digital electronic controller, discusses the feasibility of redundancy technology and application of DSP. Then this paper establishes a structure of digital electronic controller based on double DSP-TMS320F2812 and triplex redundancy and the digital electronic controller is totally designed from the aspects of structure design, module patition, reliability, electromagnetism compatibility and software design.The design idea is discussed about core module, signal processing module, independent overspeed module and typical sensor signal processing circuit in the digital electronic controller. The principle of circuit is analyzed and the parameter in circuit is calculated. At last a hardware platform of digital control system is established.According to the demands of software design for digital control system, this paper studies software design environment of embedded system based on DSP, assignes the task module of system software, designes basic interface program between software and hardware based on the idea of front-back plat.This paper validates the capability of outside interface, processing of channels, exchange and reconfiguration of channels by the way of hardware in loop simulation. The results indicate that digital electronic controller has good property of real time, stability and reliability, and reaches the anticipative design target. It can be used for controlling gas turbine.
