The permanent magnet biased magnetic bearing make permanent magnet use for the biased magnetic, Compared with a active magnetic bearing of similar capacity the design shows some advantages in sizes, losses and costs, The simple construction and the elimination of a separate thrust actuator minimizes the space necessary to integrate the design make it well suited for high-speed and flywheel storage applications. This paper with according to the novel magnetic suspension system with five degrees of freedoms for research object, mainly make following several works of:The novel magnetic suspension system with five degrees of freedoms is presented, The configuration and producing magnetic suspension force of permanent magnet biased radial-axial magnetic bearing are studied, The configuration and operational mechanism of the novel permanent magnet biased axial magnetic bearing are studied, The model of magnetic suspension force is constituted by using equivalent magnetic circuit, force-displacement factor and current-displacement factor are calculated. The experimental results of the novel magnetic suspension system are given, the stable suspension is implemented successfully.The principle of unbalance vibration of rotating machinery is introduced, The unbalance control technique based on notch filter is researched by using simulation, The model of 3D-rotor is established. The criteria used for adaptive feedforward compensation is introduced, Two unbalance compensation ways of permanent magnet biased magnetic bearing based on bearing current minimization are studied, The recursive adaptive algorithm and The unbalance compensation on estimation of synchronous rotate speed are studied, The simulation results are given.A online monitoring system of magnet suspension electric motor system based on Virtual Instrument is manufactured, The hardware and software of system are studied, The experimental results indicated that the online monitoring system worked...
