Support Of Civil Aircraft Spare Parts Based On Reliability And Its' Software System

Ensure of spare part is very important for civil aircraft. A successful ensure of spare part need the corporate effort of the manufacturer and the airline companie. Support of spare part at initial stages is so important for ensure of spare part, it's a foundation for the subsequent work.Currently, when our country's manufacturers of aircraft and airline companies make the support of spare parts, they usually use their experience. It lacks scientific method for counting the recommend number of spare parts and lacks software system. This is disadvantageous for aircraft's expenses of using.This paper is the study based on ARJ21 Spare Part item which done by the RMS center of the Civil Aviation College, NUAA and AVIC I Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd. The paper discuss the support system of spare part, and emphasize the study on phased support, so solve the question about civil aircraft's spare part support better.The paper first analyze the forecast of spare part and its'life distributing, put forward the model based on reliability theory; Then analyze the minimum equipment list of civil aircraft and its'influence on support of spare parts. Finally, establish the model of ARJ21's phase support system and realize the software system. Depend on the software, the recommended spare part list and its'introduction will output by the system automatically. This software improve the efficiency and veracity of spare parts'support greatly.
