The Development Of Terrazzo-Lines-Like Floor With Permanence Antistatic Quality

The influences of the choice and the addition of the conducting materials, the size of the PVC grain, and the processing on the performance of anti-static terrazzo have been researched in this article.First, different types of conducting materials chosen as raw materials are pressed into different form and different content terrazzo include graphite of 1000 meshes, graphite of 325 meshes, spherical graphite, carbon black, acetylene black and conductive Carbon Black, whose performances of analysis and comparison was made. At last we chose acetylene Black as conducting materials.The relationship of the content of acetylene black to the articulation of the veins in the anti-static terrazzo has been researched in the text; the relationship of the content of acetylene black to the electrical conductivity of anti-static terrazzo is also presented in this paper. The forecast equation has higher correlation coefficient.
