At present,China and the whole world still rely on thermal power industry.New technology is limited to the development and testing technology,and the volume of coal storage at present are still considerable,decided that coal will still occupy a space during the next one hundred years,but with the change of global environment and energy crisis,energy saving and emission reduction is the inevitable question,energy is fundamental to every country.Therefore,the research on the boiler around the thermal power field is deepening,in order to improve the current status of surface coking,low utilization of energy and large emissions of harmful gases.This paper focuses on the power plant boiler surface coking phenomenon is analyzed with the boiler coking brought by the use of life,equipment reliability,maintenance cost and cycle,harmful gas emissions and energy utilization and other aspects of the problem,carried out in order to test the boiler slagging prevention research,At the same time,combined with theoretical analysis,starting from the mechanism of coking phenomenon,analysis solution,and gives the corresponding solutions and design step by step verification,can finally put into application in the power plant boiler,to achieve the desired effect,obtained very good results in energy saving and emission reduction.Hence,it is of strategic importance to study the anti coking characteristics of the boiler heating surface.First,the process of boiler coking mechanism by the method of theoretical analysis on coking was analysed in this paper,the influence of chemical composition and ash melting temperature of coke,coking development conditions are given,and further from the perspective of combustion optimization of heat transfer and strengthen the interpretation mechanism of safety and energy saving technology of blackbody and the prevention of coking.The corresponding analysis.Given a specific program: "FIREMATE black paint spraying" method,the simplified model is analyzed,the boiler combustion temperature field of qualitative research,and get the corresponding conclusion,from the perspective of theoretical analysis demonstrates the realization method.Then,the boiler water tube is taken as the object of study.Combined with the anti coking mechanism of black body coating,a comparison test scheme of radiation heat transfer is designed.The first test control variables only for the test tube and tube wall paint coating blackbody contrast normal temperature environment,establish similar boilers and other external conditions such as water flow,heater power are consistent,but also eliminate the flow direction of experimental test tubeand contrast series pipe heat transfer effect,finally only test study on the effect of different types of heat transfer coating of blackbody radiation effect on the water cooled tube,through the analysis of the experimental phenomena and data,not only verify the coating can improve the blackbody heat efficiency analysis is still limited,"FIREMATE black body paint" type was obtained in the heat transfer effect of the optimal model,which is the follow-up in power plant boiler the further experiment provides the basis for anti coking.Finally,relying on a power plant boiler renovation,before the process of maintenance,the boiler has high combustible content in fly ash,superheater desuperheating water,blowing into the high frequency,the problem of wall severe coking,maintenance adopts water cooling tubes spraying "FIREMATE black paint" technology,based on the test data theory in the laboratory analysis and draw a conclusion that the technology can improve the reliability and prevention of coking thermal efficiency of boiler in conclusion,therefore,the experiment scheme was designed,aiming at different parts of boiler operating characteristic design of spraying different types of FIREMATE black materials,with the temperature,gas composition,coal and ash composition the variables were measured,finally through the analysis of data,complete the spraying performance test materials before and after the blackbody heating surface of the boiler,the quantitative conclusions are derivatived.
