Research On Construction Quality Management For The Large-scale Construction Terrazzo Ground Project

Terrazzo is widely used in the decoration project as a common way of architectural decoration. Terrazzo’s process is multifarious. Improper material, unstandard construction method lead to quality defects. These quality problem not only increases the construction cost, but also affect the use of the terrazzo floor. This thesis made the following research work:Firstly, this thesis introduces the terrazzo floor technical characteristics and construction process. This article estimated the probability of occurrence of the common quality defects, and analyzes the impact of common quality defects. On this basis, the causes of quality problems and the problems in the project quality management were analyzed. Then, this thesis analyzed the total quality management system construction strategy of the terrazzo project from the aspect of establishment principles, establishmentn steps and establishment content, include:analyzed the key problems affecting the quality of terrazzo project in different stages of the life cycle and corresponding improvement measures from the vertical angle; and from horizontal angle, analyzed the quality management problems from different aspects such as personnel, machinery, material, method, link, etc. At last, it processes the study of the demonstration. And the research result has helpful significance to the management of terrazzo quality.The total quality management theory of terrazzo floor project proposed in this paper has certain theoretical significance, at the same time, the quality improvement method to guide the project construction has a strong practical value.
