Tilt amplitude and frequency of scanning mirror is one of the important qualifications of performance testing on earth surface for the swing scanning mode infrared earth sensing device. This paper research on the static and dynamic testing of scanning mirror.In order to settle the problem of real-time and dynamic non-contact testing the tilt angle of scanning mirror, based on laser inspecting technology and CCD probing technology, a method of laser dynamic testing tilt angle of scanning mirror of the infrared earth sensing device is presented.In this paper the composition and overall structure of system is introduced. Emphasis on analyzing and discussing the software design. The problems of error correction for measured data and graph manipulation are settled by established mathematic model of system. The accuracy of testing system is verified by experiment, results indicate that measurement range ofsystem for tilt angle is -12° ~ +12°, distinguish ability of system is 0.01°,accuracy of dynamic and static testing is less than ±0.04°,this method of dynamic testing tilt angle is feasible.
