At the moment of rapid industrial development,automation has become the only way forward for the manufacturing industry.As the "eye" of industrial production,optical imaging is of vital importance,which requires the accuracy of the surface quality of the lens of the optical instrument to meet the standard.In the optical workshop,the lens has been mass-produced,but the interferometer for detecting the lens in the shop can only be detected after the lens is removed from the disk.In this paper,after understanding the current process of processing a large number of disk-forming lenses,an interferometer scheme for disk detection is proposed based on the original experiment of the experimental group.The purpose is to detect the lens on the disc and improve the detection efficiency.Opportunities for secondary processing of substandard products can increase yield.After analyzing the current processing technology in the disk,it is found that the main problem that the existing interferometer cannot be detected in the disk is that the detection aperture is too small.Therefore,this paper proposes two scanning structures,based on the internal structure,based on the galvanometer to drive the laser beam deflection scanning structure;a scanning structure based on the tilting of the abrasive disc from the external structure.Considering that the interferometer has high requirements for environmental stability,the latter is selected as the main research object.After the angle of the grinding disc is added to the tilting angle,the shifted spherical center is adjusted to the original spherical center position by the two-dimensional translation stage translation to realize the movement of the detection area.Based on this,a rotating structure is added to achieve 360° rotation scanning.The formula for calculating the horizontal and vertical translation of the spherical center is given by derivation,which lays a foundation for the subsequent automatic control.
