The quality of the pile engineering is very important, the pile lies in the surface, which is covert. So, testing of the pile quality is very important. Methods of testing including: low-lying strain, high strain and ultrasonic. Because of the excellence of simpleness and rapidness, ultrasonic is applied in the engineering comprehensively.This paper further studies the ultrasonic testing method of drawback in the pile. At first, the principles of all the testing methods are analysed and the paper explains generally the principle theory of ultrasonic testing, meanwhile ,the process of the ultrasonic testing is expounded particularly. According to the fact engineering, the deficiency of the existing standard of assessing of the concrete quality which is applied in the ultrasonic testing is analysed. At fact, the single metewand is applied in the existing standard of assessing of the concrete quality, which is deficient. To account for the problem, the paper makes use of the fuzzy mathematics in the system of the quality of pile testing. Through the compositive assessing method of the fuzzy mathematics, the parameters(wave amplitude, wave velocity and wave frequency) of the ultrasonic are construed, the result is gained. The fuzzy mathematics method make up for the drawback, certainly, the unilateral result can be reduced. At last, the pile testing of two bridges are applied in the system of fuzzy mathematics, the perfect result can be gained, so, which proves that the method is effective.In the paper, the compositive assessing method of the fuzzy mathematics is applied in the paper, which makes up the drawback of the norm, comparing it to the existing norm, which owns his excellence, the result is feasible, meanwhile, the paper testifys that the method is appropriate.
