Research And Application Of MCU Technology In Test & Control System For Magneto Of Motorcycle

Magneto is the key component of motorcycle and supplies the power for ignition system, also act as flywheel by connecting with the crankshaft of motorcycle. The magneto performance and quality plays a critical role in the motorcycles, therefore, the test method research of its quality and performance is very important and has specific meanings.According to the demand of magneto test in magneto factory, the development of the hardware and software of magneto test system by using MCU technology has been studied in this paper. The main research topics in this paper are shown as below:① The constructive design of test&control system for magneto;② Development of signal collection and processing module;③ Development of interface of the LCD,matrix keyboard; ④ Development of the USB communication module;⑤ The research on anti-jamming technology of the magneto integrated performance system.At present, this equipment which could test performance of magneto automatically and efficiently and has the kind operation interface as well as the high speed data transmission using USB has been made according to the method brought up as former. And this also validated the feasibility of the method and technology in the paper.
