This paper mainly introduces the design of the test bench for the test and analysis of the braking performance of the magnetic rheological brake.Its purpose is the gap can be adjustable magneto rheological brake performance are tested and analyzed,and the analysis results as a verification of brake design is reasonable,and the unreasonable place is improved,and gradually improve the brake design work.Firstly,this paper describes the design principle of the test rig and the technical parameters,according to the design principle and technical parameters of the test rig structure design.Will test bench is divided into the following modules:brake pressure loading module,braking load module,driving module and a measuring module of the system and standard parts of the selection of work are introduced,the non-standard parts were 3D modeling.Optimization analysis of the key parts by using ANSYS software.Secondly,it introduces the composition and working principle of the measuring module.The measuring module includemain speed torque sensor,data acquisition card and virtual software Lab VIEW composition.Using rotational speed and torque sensor,original signal acquisition,reuse data acquisition card for signal conversion and processing,using Lab VIEW software programming of the measurement system,and gives a detailed description of the working process of the program and the torque sensor and data acquisition card work principle is introduced in detail in this paper.At the end of this paper,according to the influence of brake torque factor test and brake performance test on the test bench,the brake reducing speed and braking distance test results and current,clearance and other factors on the brake torque influence degree that tester can finish the test items of the brake to prove the rationality of the design of the test bench.
