Thermodynamic system of the power plant is the very important field that the technique of simulation applied in. The modern power plant is very complicated; the production process is highly roboticized ; The technical targets required are very strict; The production required highly reliably. In order to make sure of the security and the economy of the Thermodynamic system in production, during it's designing,producing,debugging,controlling,technical improvement,running managing,science research and personnel training, using the simulation technique is very necessary.By using the modular modeling software MMS, author established the simulation model of the 2060t/h subcritical boiler system. The parameters of the model at steady state are very closed to the designed parameters of the manufactory, which validates that the simulation model is very precise. Based on the model, The simulation experiment of the steam character, the feed water pump RUNBACK condition simulation experiment, and the simulation experiment of the boiler'constant pressure operating and sliding operating have been carried out. On the base of the simulation experiment result, the author made some analysis.The simulation model of the 2060t/h boiler and the analysis of it's partial running performance in this text has some functions as follows: it has some instructional sense for people to know the steam character in actual operating, the response characteristic of the main operating parameters under RUNBACK condition, the characters of the boiler'constant pressure operating and sliding operating. And the analysis has some instructional sense for the actual field experiment in power plant.
