Steam drive oil recovery is the method in which high pressure steam with suitable dryness fraction is injected into heavy oil stratum. Crude oil and nature gas are the main burning material of steam-injection boiler in the past. In order to reduce the fuel cost, many kinds of steam-injection boiler burning pulverized coal has been developed, after the project of "replace oil with coal" in our country. There are still many important condition needed to be solved because of the changing of burning mode. It is based on the steam-injection boiler burning pulverized coal Liaohe oil field. Plenty of research has been done aim at improving automatic level of the control system.The boiler combustion has the delay, non-linear and having not clearly math model, it is difficult to control, and the combustion efficiency is low, it has made much waste. So enhancing the combustion efficiency of boiler is an important problem concerned by the technical engineers and the scholars. Due to many variation and random disturbance, using traditional PID controller can't reach the best effect. It is necessary to find a new method of control.Steam pressure, the scale of wind and coal fuzzy control system has been designed based on the collected real-time data. The constant pressure and constant flow control strategy has been design in dryness fraction control. Dryness fraction is measured by detecting inlet water and output water conductor analysis during the implementation of dryness traction control strategy. Feedforward-feedback control technology that is good for engineering has been adapted to the system based on analysis of its primary effect. Good resolution and stability has been obtained. Using the control strategy that the self-adaptive fuzzy PID to the burning controling. Simulation of boiler burning control system was also performed to study the controller's self-adaptive fuzzy control by MATLAB. The control system of new steam-injection boiler burning pulverized coal has been designed based on the analysis of the techniques process and status in quo in country and overseas research; this system uses stratification structure, the master and slave computer. The master performance is the data acquisition and the real-time control. The slave monitors the burning and thermal drive process. Besides, the whole hardware of the control system are achieved and some of the monitor and control software has been programmed.Besides being able to guarantee the continuous high efficiency of combustion, the scheme that traditional PID controller is combined with the fuzzy control is adopted. Not only the robust performance of the system has been improved, but also the advantage of high steady state precision of PID controller has been inherited, hence perfect control result has been obtained.
