Elevator is large-scale complicated equipment that integrates the application of sensors, mechanical devices and electrical devices. Its technique covers almost all the fields of electromechanical integration. Along with the modernization of city, the elevator market is increasing exponentially. However, the competition is becoming fierce, and the profit is cutting short. All the elevator manufacturers are searching for a cost-effective way to solve those problems when they develop elevator control system. Based on this consideration, this paper presents a concrete way for monitored control system, which adopts the idea of double elevators parallel control system that control two elevators by using one PLC to meet the developmental need of intelligent buildings. This monitored control system is implemented with configuration software.This paper explains in detail about the main units and its working principles in mechanical system of elevator, dragging system and control system. It adopts the solution of parallel control system, which uses one PLC to control two elevators. It provides PLC's I/O distribution based on the type of PLC and main dragging frequency-inverter. It determines the parameters settings, and finally presents the main control circuit of elevator.This paper presents the basic functions of elevator control system, and designs the basic running control program based on those functions. It discusses the requirements of two elevators running in parallel, and principles of paralleling regulation.In addition, the PLC program is provided based on those principles. The most desirable running solution could be achieved by taking real running situation into consideration, and make it working highly potent and energy-saving.This paper independently worked out a control system, which utilizes one PLC to control two micro elevators in parallel to check the correctness of running software of elevator program.This paper determines the overall architecture of elevator supervisory system, and thus designs the supervisory system based on computer technology and configuration software solution. The communication between computer and PLC is implemented through parameters setting. By planning universally the supervisory system's screen, setting the needed screen, and all the functions of those screen, the real running state of elevator could be easily monitored and controlled through modifying system's...
