The thesis study how to design a set of advanced substations and distribution network for Fushun Petrochemical Ethylene Expansion projects.The range of supervise and control in Fushun petrochemical automatic system is consist of Nan area total substation ,Bei area total substation and eleven device substations.The supervice equipment is consist of 66kV system equipment, 10/6kV system, DC power, UPS, electrical condenser, measuring meter, transformer gas analyzer and other intelligent control device. The operation object of the system is consist of all high voltage breaker, isolation switch, electrical condenser switching device, 6/10kV incoming and bus breaker, 6/10kV transformer switch, line output switch, 380V incoming and bus switch device.The automatic supervise and control system, is build as the Nan area substationis the total station to supervise and control all 6/10kV substation, Nan and Bei total substation gaps and so on. The Nan total substation is a substation that should be on duty by electrical speciality person. It is the power center, it undertake the responsibilities that supervise and control all factory electrical equipment. The Bei area total substation is the important part of the total factory electrical system.It can expand the total supersive and control ststion to Bei area substation. There are some necessary devices in Bei area substation. Its main content is SCADA system, include protect signal regular system, DTS teaching system, WEB, PAS, five computer protection system supersive system and so on. It realize communication function with major regular department and production schedule department.
