Chimney is indispensable for some industry, such as: thermal power, metallurgy and chemical, etc. The application of multi-flue chimney is more and more fargoing, and it become a certain trend in development. Hydraulic lifting upside-down method is advanced for the internal steel stacks' installation, and it was firstly invented inland. It's necessary to sum up the whole set construction technology and carry through reliability analysis during construction due to its relative short application history and many uncertain influence factors. Reliability analysis during construction is a new question for discussion. The research production for reference is little, so it's necessary to study the systematic theory. In the engineering background, the third stage project of Zhenjiang power plant is chosen, and the analysis from many visual angles is performed. The main research content is recapitulated as follows:1. Reliability basic theory during constructionThe main influence factors on reliability are analysed according to the existing interrelated information. It can effectively control human error to monitor on the site. The probability character of load variables and the conversion principle of their models from stochastic process to random variable are exploringly studied. The limit state function is defined using the concept of reliability based on the function.2. Reliability analysis method during constructionThe basic function and analysis flow of the probabilistic design system of ANSYS software are introduced. By the mumerical simulation technology, a practical method combining Monte Carlo method with response surface method can be used to calculate failure probability during construction and the general structural reliability, and its accuracy, efficiency and practicability are validated by some examples.3. Example analysis of the chimney of Zhenjiang power plantHydraulic lifting upside-down method is applied in the third project of Zhenjiang power plant. The whole set construction technology is summed up System model is established using subsystem compounding analysis method. Reliability analysis on the lifting platform is carried out using practical mixed method. And the results supervise the engineering practice, which can be applied in congeneric project.The research production of this paper has passed the provincial appraisal, which is unanimously considered to be in lead in China by appraisal committee. It sets an example and offers a guide for the construction of some projects, such as: the third stage project of Jiangyin Ligang power plant, Changzhou national power plant project, and so on.
