In recent years,with the improvement of environmental standards,both at home and abroad,more and more coal-fired power plants and industrial boiler flue gas are discharged after the desulfurization and denitrification process.Lower flue gas temperature and higher humidity cause the chimney condensation and serious corrosion.In this case,the general design of the chimney is the sleeve style,inside of which is made of corrosion-resistant materials,and most of the chimney design adopts steel tube,so the steel chimney installation has been another key process except the construction of the chimney.From the start of the 1980s,there are many foreign research units within the tube steel chimney installation process.From the beginning of the last century 90's,with the steel tube widely used in China,many construction units,research institutes are studying the chimney installation of steel tube technology and construction equipment.At home and abroad steel chimney installed inside the tube,there are three main methods:pneumatic jacking method,hydraulic lifting and lifting hoist.The specific installation process,which best suites the actual situation at the scene,sometimes is not uniform.The author has been engaged in construction of thermal power plants of the building structure for more than two decades,and participated in the organization of dozens of technical management of the construction of the chimney.The paper based on a large number of first-hand information describes and analyses the three main methods of process principles,enhancing the design,processing,installation,commissioning,specific process, dismantling equipment and safety measures in detail.The paper makes a comprehensive comparison among the scope of application of three types of technology,cost,the effects on the external tube and platform,reliability,safety,construction,quality control and the key technical points.The article based on the theory of reliability,analyzes how people, machines,materials,principles,circulation of five aspects effect the construction of reliability and the security and how to improve the reliability of the process in order to ensure the safety of the construction.In this paper,the content mostly coming from the construction sites has a high relevance for similar projects in the program selection and optimization,as well as project management and construction.
