Asphalt pavements are large used step by step in the road construction because of it possess excellent service performance. Some road exist a lot of forepart disease by reason of rapid going up the traffic, large-scale vehicle, channel running ,asphalt material capability and quality of the asphalt pavement construction when it is finished. Along with going up the mileage being open to traffic and extending the use time of the road for the future, road construction emphases will mostly maintain the road.Hot Mix Cold Laid (HMCL) Mixture is made up of the specialties asphalt and aggregate in pyrogenation, it take on the relax state and can conserve in normal temperature .It is fit to mending mass road pavements. This paper carried through a lot of experiment for the asphalt-modified HMCL Mixture. Based on the technological character of HMCL Mixture and through a lot of lab experiment, we develop the HMCL additive. It proposed evaluation methods and evaluation guideline on its initial strength, workability, formed strength, water stability through a large quantities of experiments. It confirmed the proportion of the asphalt and additive and diesel oil in the HMCL liquid through a large quantities of experiments, and proposed the mix design method of HMCL on the basis of comprehensive design. We develop differ aggregate grading HMCL Mixture using in the several temperature conditions. It also analyzed the economic and social results by comparing the HMCL Mixture to the tradition mending material, and showed that HMCL Mixture is a good material to maintenance. Finally, according this rule of HMCL Mixture on its performance, it gives some advice on how to carry on the subsequently research.
