Stored Cold Laid Asphalt Mixture

This paper, based on the technological character of Hot Mix Cold Laid (HMCL) Mixture, analyzed its composition structure and studied its mechanism of strength. It proposed evaluation methods and evaluation guideline and standard on its initial strength~ workability., formed strength.. water stability through a large quantities of experiments. It proposed the range of standard viscosity of liquid asphalt in HMCL which is suited to use in winter, and proposed the mix design method of HMCL on the basis of comprehensive design. It also analyzed the economic and social results of HMCL, and showed that LMCL is a good material to maintenance.
