With the development of science and technology, mechanical equipment and structure become high-speedy, light-duty increasingly, and the working environment is more complicated. Therefore, the vibration problem of the mechanical structure is concerned day by day, which even causes the serious accident. As an important institution in the rotary machine system, the roller bearing is most easily damaged. Because of wrong design, bad installation, poor working condition or a jump heavy load, bearing will be damaged and worse during the running time. It makes station of bearing changing, induces that the system vibrate severely even. It is estimated that about 30 percent of mechanical faults are caused by its fault in the rotating machine with rolling element bearings. So, it is a research hotspot to analyze its statics and dynamics, to find its inner fault mechanics and diagnose its fault. The most common method of dynamics and structure analysis is FEA, The analysis of vibration signals is the most common method in the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of rolling element bearings.
