Rolling bearing is a key component in mechanical equipment.Whether its working state is normal or not directly affects the quality and safety of the whole unit and even the whole production line. When a local defect occurs in the rolling bearing, the rolling element generates a shock pulse when passing through the defect position, thereby causing an abnormal increase in the bearing vibration. The early failure of bearings can be accurately predicted so as to avoid accidents by studying the local defects of bearings. Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical engineering application value to study the mechanism of the influence of local defects on the vibration characteristics of rolling bearings. In this paper, cylindrical roller bearings is used as research objects to create different types of surface roundness and local defects on the bearing raceway surface. The dynamics simulation method was used to analyze the bearing rotational speed, radial load, the localized defects and the roundness of the bearing raceway surface to the vibration excitation mechanism of on the rolling bearing. The kinetic model is used to extract the vibration signal during the working process of the bearing.By analyzing the vibration signal,The vibration mechanism of the rolling bearing is analyzed according to the relevant parameters of the bearing vibration time domain signal and the peak variation at the characteristic frequency of the bearing components in the corresponding spectrogram. The influences of the circularity of the bearing raceway surface, the shape, size, position, radial load and the factors such as surface roundness and local defects on the vibration of the rolling bearing are studied.Combined with the simulation and test results, the influence mechanism of the raceway local surface defects on the vibration characteristics of cylindrical roller bearings is analyzed and summarized. The analysis results show that the vibration response of the bearing increases with the increase of the maximum amplitude of the roundness;as the radial force and the inner ring rotation speed increase, the vibration response of the rolling bearing increases gradually;when the local defect of the bearing is away from the bearing area, the vibration response of the bearing is gradually reduced;as the depth and width of local defects in the rolling bearing increase, the vibration response of the bearingincreases gradually;as the length of the defect increases, the vibration response of the rolling bearing increases gradually, when the length of the defect reaches the length of the rolling element, the vibration response of the rolling bearing reaches a maximum value.the relationship between the vibration response of the cylindrical roller bearing and the external load and the size and position of the local defect is obtained through experiments, the results are compared with the simulation results to verify the feasibility and correctness of the dynamic analysis. This paper systematically studies the roundness of bearing raceway surface and the influence mechanism of local defects on bearing vibration. The internal vibration excitation mechanism of rolling bearings is revealed, which provides a theoretical basis for exploring the early failure mechanism of rolling bearings.
