To solve the problem of traditional start defect, the failure diagnose and synthesis intelligent protecting of three phase AC asynchronous motor, parameter setting and amending according to it's demands. this paper presents intelligent control strategy of digital electronic soft-starter. The article analyze, research the problem how it design the hardware and algorithm for much starting and motor's protecting in software from the basal electromotor control theory knowledge, trigger theory of thyristor to single-chip 's basal theory. It all think the function that soft starter will come true whether the design of circuit principle or the lay of PCB in hardware. It take the programmer way that it is Object-Oriented Programmer or modularization. It enhance readability with single-chip C language. The product can upgrade and exchange era via altering or adding software.The hardware include the examining module of voltage and current, the spring module of and its driving, synthesis intelligent protecting module of three phase AC asynchronous, digital settings by keyboard and LCD module in all digital electronic soft starter. The software timely touch off thyristor and control thyristor trigger angle in controllable scope. Consequently the soft starter is better reliability, stability and veracity. The thesis designed voltage slope starting module, iso-current starting module and dash moment starting module. It simultaneity have self-contained protecting function with motor, fault diagnosing display and digital parameter settings via keyboard.
