Scroll compressor is a new type compressor developed rapidly in the last ten years. It has characteristics of small size, low noise and working smoothly; further more, its volumetric efficiency is first rank in the displacement compressor domain. However, the production of foreign corporation holds most of proportion in the internal market. Chinese factory would like to manufacture scroll compressor by the authorization of foreign patent institute. Domestic academies often concentrated on the compressor theory studying; never realized batches of production yet.After serious researching and analysis on the scroll compressor theory, as a production development project of NEU Mechanism Factory, I have finished my thematic task on the model of WDJ105 scroll compressor, including vital parts design, dynamic load calculation, the 3D solid modeling and dynamic balancing of transmission.Firstly, after calculating basic parameters of the scroll compressor carefully, all the three-dimensional model of parts based on CAXA Solid Design software was founded and assembled in the virtual environment in order to check the feasibility of the parts' configuration from the conception design. During the solid modeling, we obtained accurate proofs for the modification of structure and parameter through the interference analysis on the key parts. Following perfection, physical characteristic calculating on axis system was done so as to get necessary parameters on the dynamic balancing of transmission. Lastly, we could convert the solid model of parts on scroll compressor into planar blueprints directly serving as the essential technical document for the manufacture of prototype.Secondly, I deduced the numerical calculation method on parameters of the balancing mechanism and the anti-rotation mechanism after carefully studying on them, and analyzed...
