Scroll compressor, as a new type and high efficiency displacement compressor, widely used in refrigeration and air conditioning industry, possesses many inherent advantages over other compression machinery.The dynamic behavior of the scroll compressor plays a dominant role on the efficiency. But, the articles are very little about the study of the dynamical characteristics of the twin-scroll compressors. The thesis made a deep theoretical and experimental study of the dynamical characteristics of the twin-scroll compressors.The thermodynamic models of the twin-scroll compressor were built. These models include the leakage of lubricating-oil and gas, throttling at the holes, analysis of dynamic characteristics of the main parts and their friction loss.By the analysis of each gas force in the twin- scroll compressors, the gas forces model of the integer cycle and the arbitrary cycle twin- scroll compressors are established. The study results may directly apply to the design and study of compressors.The relationship between the back-press port position and the backpressure of the twin-scroll compressors, between the average backpressure and minimum backpressure is analyzed. The scopes of the center expend angle and occurrence angle of the back-press port of the twin-scroll compressors give out. A conclusion that the back-press port in the twin-scroll compressors has only one is derived. The accurate calculation formula to the back-press ports position of the twin-scroll compressors is derived, and weaved it to write calculator procedure. The research result can directly used for to the design of the back-press port and backpressure auto compensate organization of the twin-scroll compressors.
