| Oil-mist lubrication is an advanced method of lubrication, and it owns many advantages comparing to other traditional lubrication methods. Now it is used in many situations. At the same time , it owns disadvantages: oil-mist lubrication works through the way of spray ,there is about 20~30 percent of the oil-mist disperses into the environment, which contaminates the air, the equipments, work pieces; and workers maybe slipped when walking on the ground which covered with the oil, this is unsafe and clean; In some surroundings the oil-mist can cause fire when the density grows up to certain level, the most important is that the oil-mist does harm to the people's health, so the correlated organization has been paid more attention to these problems. The collection of residual of oil-mist owns the important significant in the world especially in the petrochemical industries. Our topic is encountered to solve the problems in the petrochemical industry.There are several making theories about the manufactures of collection of residual oil-mist: Centrifugal method, Electrostatic method, Washing method, Filtrating method, Catalyzing method etc. At present, the Centrifugal method, Electrostatic method, Filtrating methods are widely used in the industry. Comparing to the technology overseas, domestic productions are not maturity. But the productions in the world are usually used in some special field and can not be used in the any occasion. There are only several overseas (only British, Japanese, Korea) products in the domestic markets, they are so expensive, so, to develop our own equipments has the important significant.The different blue prints have been discussed in the bases of the researching the material present. Then we will design the products and we will do the experiences to prove the possibilities. The relative theories and experiments will be introduces in the thesis.We can get a large number of data through the experiments and use Matlab software to draw the graphs ,then we can use the relative theory to analyze the data and ensure the primary factor: Pressure, flux, temperature, length etc.Depending on the analyzing of the data, we can ensure the feasibility of the device, the rationality of the device's structure and the directions of improvements. |
