With the rapid development of the modern manufacturing industry, it will produce the oil mist which can pollute the environment.The cutting fluid is widely used in the machining workshop when they produce the parts. The oil mist particles will be in all the workshop and it is not only harm to human body and the environment, but can also affect the quality of the precision machining.So in order to reduce the harm of oil mist to the human body, improve the workshop working environment, the purification of industrial oil mist purification equipment is of great significance. The main method of oil mist purification in the workshop is filtration, centrifugation and electrostatic purification. Because the electrostatic purification device has low energy consumption, small wind resistance and higher purification efficiency,so the equipment is widely used in machining workshop to purify the oil mist.The main substance of the subject:1.According to the concrete situation in workshop and classic purification efficiency formula and its expansion formula, design a kind of applicable to industrial oil mist electrostatic purification device.Using formulas and theoretical calculation method, the article calculate the parameter of electrostatic purification device.According to the parameter to choose the key components of the device.The paper has design a electrostatic purification device. The paper analyzed the influence of the particle diameter, wind speed and voltage to the device theoretically.2.According to the shortcomings of existing cleaning devices of low automation and time-consuming,the paper based on 51 single chip microcomputer technology to design a kind of automatic cleaning device for the filter of ventilation pipe.Using 51 single-chip microcomputer as the control part to control the stepping motor drives the rotating mechanism, and realize the automatic cleaning function.3. More time of the oil mist particle stay in the purification device,the higher of the purification.Design a new type of the board of gas flow distribution, it has different opening rate from up to down, and can increase the residence time of particles in electrostatic field. The paper use UG software to establish the purification plant model and Fluent software to analysis the fluid mechanics of the device with the board of gas flow distribution, and verify the gas flow distribution board could increase the time of particle stay in the purification device.
