Smart Home Solution And Simulation

This paper focuses on designing a kind of Smart Home System for the south of Jiangsu Province. This system is composed of two parts. One is the solution which defines the concept, the function, the modules of the system and the submodules'selection. The other is the simulation which give the design of special hardware and software to show us how Smart Home works.Referring to domestic and foreign situation, this paper first gives out the four modules of the system, namely: communication outside, communication inside, safety and electrical appliance control. Second, it defines the solution selection of each modules after comparing the existing method in the market. Third, it defines the hardware selection in each modules, introduces the elements, and designs the application circuit board. And last, it designs the software for each module. In this paper, two technical expertise is concerned. One is Embedded Ethernet uIP protocol. The other is DTMF transreceiver for remote controlling system. The last chapter of the paper is mainly about the prospect of Smart Home, and its development with new technoloy. After that, the paper concludes that the development of Smart Home will continue greatly, and the products of Smart Home will be used widely.
