Quality Function Deployment (QFD) can be used to translate customer needs and wants into technical design requirements so as to help to maximize customer satisfaction. Russian Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRJZ) can provide designers the concrete methods to solve the problem of product design. Therefore, a software system of innovative product design by integrating these two tools can not only help designers understand what they want to design and their condition restrictions, but also enable them to see the process of the design and techniques that should be taken. It is an effective measure to turn the theory of QFD and TRIZ into practical application for enterprises.Based on the introduction and analysis of the basic theory of QFD, this paper proposes a simplified model of HOQ, so as to make QFD more practical and operable for medium or small companies.
