Innovation is the theme of the new era.In order to effectively promote independent innovation,the Ministry of science and Technology launched the work of "innovation methods" in 2007,comprehensively promoting the popularization and application of innovation methods from three aspects: scientific thinking,scientific methods and scientific tools.Based on the deep analysis of digital prototype,TRIZ technology status and existing problems,this thesis comprehensively discusses the integration application of digital prototype and TRIZ,puts forward a product innovation design method for small and medium-sized micro enterprises based on the integration application of digital prototype and TRIZ,and applies this method to the integrated mobile lighting vehicle innovation design case to verify the feasibility of this method.The main research work is summarized as follows:One is the research and application of TRIZ theory and method.Starting from the demand analysis of enterprises and products,combining the design tasks and product engineering characteristics obtained from the analysis of user demand and production conditions,through the continuous subdivision and definition of design issues,the system combs and expresses innovation demand and ideas.According to different innovative design problems,the corresponding systematic innovation solution strategy is adopted,and the corresponding innovation resources are used to assist designers to produce one or more concept products,so as to achieve the purpose of product innovative design.The second is the research and application of 3D digital prototype technology.The concept design of product innovation expressed by TRIZ is transformed into intuitive engineering detailed design by applying 3D digital prototype technology.At the same time,combined with mechanism motion analysis,finite element analysis and other technical means,we can achieve a more comprehensive analysis,evaluation and verification of the feasibility of product innovation design,and then help enterprises effectively control the quality of product design,and greatly reduce the product R & D cycle.The third is the integration of digital prototype and TRIZ.TRIZ is an invention problem-solving theory from patent.If TRIZ itself is regarded as a black box,its input is an innovative idea,and its output is one or more technical solutions.Digital prototype technology can quickly transform a technical solution into an intuitive,"real" and evaluable digital prototype.Therefore,the integration of digital prototype and TRIZ will be conducive to the acceleration of product innovation.The fourth is to further verify the effectiveness of the method through the innovative design example of "mobile lighting vehicle".Based on the research of TRIZ and digital prototype,combined with the innovative examples of mobile lighting vehicle,the theory of TRIZ is introduced in the conceptual design stage of mobile lighting vehicle.Through the methods and tools of invention principle,technical contradiction and standard solution provided by TRIZ,the mobile lighting vehicle is systematically analyzed,researched and innovated.Then,based on the TRIZ innovative design results,the digital prototype model of the mobile lighting vehicle is generated by using the digital prototype technology,and the overall interference and mechanism motion of the mobile lighting vehicle are analyzed.The CAE analysis of frame,light mast and other key components can be carried out to further optimize the design.So as to achieve a more comprehensive evaluation of innovative design of mobile lighting vehicles.Integrating the application of digital prototype + TRIZ,the innovative design of the existing mobile lighting vehicle is carried out,which gets rid of the typical mode of "mobile chassis + lifting light mast + generator set".The volume of the product before and after the innovative design is reduced by 90% and the weight is reduced by 80%,realizing the full new structure and function mode of the integrated mobile lighting vehicle.
