Direct Torque Control is a new technic in recent 15 years. It's torque control is directly, responds quickly and limited in a cycle, no excess. It adapts to electric traction so well that made to be an advanced control strategy in locomotive tows.This item follows the advanced exchange transmission of international. Aimed at the characteristic of electric traction, it selected rotor space flux linkage vector that has less influence from overtone to make an estimate of synchronized rotational speed. So it can have a better performance and reliability. Based on MALTLAB/SMULINK model, DSP platform of 3KW asynchronous electric motor and experimental control system of electric traction exchange transmission, DTC system that without speed-sensor is actualized.The task of this article is to make a DSP platform on motor control, so that can debug DTC system and exchange transmission system better. The design includes a DSP microcontroller and a main drive circuit. The main drive circuit contains that inversion and its driver, rectification, fault and protect, electric source, signal gathers and so on. The experiment indicates that this system has a good performance on control, protects and antijamming. It can actualize kinds of control algorithm of non-speed-sensor direct torque controls. |
