Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)has many excellent characteristics,such as simple and durable structure,wide speed range,high efficiency and good fault tolerance.Therefore,it is an ideal motor regardless of economic indicators and operational performance considerations,which also attracts the attention of many experts and scholars at home and abroad.At present,SRM has been successfully been applied in electric vehicles,aerospace and other industrial fields,but the problem of excessive torque ripple caused by its unique double salient pole structure also seriously limits possibility for its further promotion.What's more,research on vibration suppression has also become crucial and especially difficult in this field.Entrusted by Shenzhen Yingweiteng Electric Co.,Ltd.,this paper conducted an in-depth study on the suppression of torque ripple on the basis of maintaining constant speed,and proposed a direct torque control strategy based on sliding mode control.Firstly,the development of SRM and the current research status of the suppression of torque ripple are described in a systematic manner.The basic principle of SRM is introduced,and the relevant mathematical functions are deduced.The hardware design and construction of SRM physical experimental platform were completed based on DSP development board.Based on relevant experiments,the simulation platform of SRM is established according to the collected measured data.Secondly,the causes of SRM torque ripple and the commonly used suppression strategies are analyzed.The simulation results are compared and the new SRM direct torque control strategy based on sector subdivision and voltage vector optimization is proposed.Then,by studying the suppression of torque buffeting by sliding mode variable structure control,an SRM direct torque control method based on variable speed exponential approach rate sliding mode control is proposed.This control method uses a sliding mode controller to adjust the speed difference to the target torque,and then puts it into the direct torque control to achieve the purpose of suppressing the torque ripple.Afterwards,in order to further suppress the torque ripple,the concept of high-order sliding mode is introduced,and a direct torque control based on super-twisting sliding mode is proposed.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by simulation experiments.Finally,the experimental platform of three-phase 12/8 SRM is used to verify the results.It shows that the direct torque control of SRM based on sliding mode control designed in this paper can effectively suppress the torque ripple.It meets the control requirements stipulated in the contract.
