Because of the long distance of exploration targets and the non-determinacy of flight environment in deep space exploration, a key problem proposed is how to control and operate the deep space explorer reliably and in real time. The autonomous technology is an efficient path to solve these problems. The first problem of mission planning system is Knowledge Representation.This paper proposed"dynamic system state transition"knowledge representation model of acting activity as the central structure after analyzing deep space explorer planning problem.This paper defined representation of deep space explorer autonomous planning model in detail according to Knowledge Representation characteristic of deep space explorer domain. Defining and representing element of explorer with standardization. It represent model complex constraints by state constraints of activity, resource constraints, effects of activity,.In order to display change conditions of the activities and states of system and resources, this paper used the timeline conception. It makes autonomous planning visualization.To verify the validation of modeling design, the paper modeled a deep space explorer with a deep space mission. Analyzing and validating the planning model.In order to realize fleetly modeling and modeling with intelligent, this paper proposed"stencil-plate"mode of modeling.In the end, To realize modeling using the template in this paper, simulation system of modeling and mission planning for deep space explorer is designed and realized with Java language. Defining the states and resources and activities of the system by template. The planning experience is carried out on this software platform by taking example for a section of flight mission target of the deep space exploration.
