The purpose of this paper is to develop an experiment platform of AC PMSM servo system based on DSP. So all kinds of research on control strategy can be done and a choice for project application is provided, which is cheaper with enough performance. The research work is carried out on an AC PMSM system in laboratory that can not work normally.The mathematical models of AC PMSM is founded at first, then the simulation research based on Matlab is completed, such as rotor magnetic field-oriented vector control, SVPWM, the adjustment of current and speed, which validates the feasibility of control theory and provides the theory basis for the realization and debugging of real system.After analyzing, the problems of hardware are corrected, so the drive board can work orderly. On this basis the control of AC PMSM servo system with three closed loops, current, speed and position, is realized with the theories of FOC, SVPWM, PI regulation etc, which will be discussed in detail in the paper.Aiming at the digital controller using TMS320LF2407A as control chip, all programe is finished. The modularization is applied in system software and control program is completed with C and assemble language. The interface is programmed too, which makes it easy to modify the control parameters and display the running state of system.The experiment is carried out finally. The experiment results prove that the system can run orderly and the performance consists with the theory and simulation. The system meets the demand of required performance and paves the way for future research.
