The servo controller is widely used in the field of modern industrial CNC lathe,and the performance of the servo controller is asked to be more perfect. Aiming at this problem, this thesis introduces the design theory and experimental method of three-phase AC permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system.A 1.3Kw surface type three-phase AC permanentmagnet synchronous motor is selected as the controlled object,the key parameters of the motor are given and its mathematical model can be established in different coordinates.Compare vector control with direct torque control,the rotor flux oriented vector control is selected as control strategy of servo system.Combine SPMSM’s structure characteristics,select the current controll method and accomplish the current decoupl.The regulators of servo system are designed with the guidance of the automatic control theory.A complete servo system includes three closed loops,the current loop, speed loop and position loop.Both the current loop and speed loop’s regulator are designed as PI with using its function of output limited and integral separation properly. The regulator of the position loop is designed as a P regulator to avoid the positionoutput overshoot.SVPWM control method is used in three-phase inverter,so the inverter has good output and the voltage utilization rate of its DC bus perform better.The PMSM servo system is designed following the rules of rotor flux orientation and using SVPWM control method,and build the simulation platform based on it. Accomplish related simulation from module to a complete system, analyze static and dynamic characte-ristics of the system,study the relationship between the performance of the control system with its regulators’parameters,and the influence of the servo control system output when the system’s working conditions changed.Discuss control system’s response method to solve these problems.The circuit design of servo system is based on the need of the control system,the circuit used to detect and recuperate signals of current、speed and position is designed based on TI’s TMS320F28335.The protection of overcurrent、overvoltage and leakage in hardware improve the system’s safety performance effectively to meet the need of industrial field.The combination of hardware and software make the motor can be started in a soft way.The SVPWM control system codes are programed in CCS5.5 with C programming language.The study and research about this thesis is combined with CNC lathes,So the research on the theory can serve the practical production better. Simulation and experiment show that using the voltage source type inverter according to the vector control system of rotor flux orientation can reach both good static and dynamic performance.The servo system has great guide significance and research value,and it also has a broad application prospect in practical engineering.
