| Ventilator is one of the most important treatment equipments in hospitals. It's also the necessary tools for saving and curing both prostrate and not-function respiration patients. At present, the market of ventilators is occupied almost by foreign companies. One of the important factors which result in internal companies only have such small market is that few advance technologies are used in ventilator and ventilator's functions are not full-scaled. So the urgent affair of internal companies is promoting the technologies of ventilator.In this paper, it discusses the embedded design scheme of intelligent ventilator. By now, this scheme has been come true in our lab. The hardware is made of S3C2410, amplify circuit of sensors, AD/DA change circuit, parameters-input module and LCD screen. RTOS μC/OS- Ⅱ is used in control software of ventilator. As μC/OS- Ⅱ is RTOS, so the real-time performance is guarded. The tasks, which are created based on μC/OS-Ⅱ, can implement all kinds of respiration mode. In addition, the difficulty of software development and the workload of software maintenance are decreased with the use of μC/OS-Ⅱ. The GUI(graphic user interface), which is developed based on μC/GUI, display many parameters in the manner of value and curve on LCD screen. The GUI also accomplishes the work-parameters' input with the cooperation of input module.The results of experiment indicates that the ventilator which adopting the scheme of embedded system design performances much better than the one adopting 8-bit MCU in response time, software functions, operation and display. |
