With the development of modern testing technology, the online testing technology which based on the internet had become the main body of many fields to research and application. Take pumps industry to be concerned, the existing single testing technology has can't fit the development. Based on the existing pumps testing technology this paper directed toward the pumps industry's development and need, studied the pumps online testing technology which based on the internet and intranet. Mainly includes:1. In the environment of Windows XP operation system, using the latest object oriented program design language Visual Basic.net 2003 and SOL Server 2000 database as exploit tools which issued by Microsoft, using object oriented program technology, finished the computer interface program, Web program, and data deal program etc which based on the pumps online testing technology.2. It is fully used the feature of Windows XP operation system's easy, easy-using and modern net's convenience and fast information intercourse mean, established the multi-system web exploit function, the web can be exploited by any internet explorer (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, netscape Navigator etc.) and read, check or share the pumps tested data online.3. Based on the PCI technology, using the skilled technology, stable feature, reliable, intelligent, multi anti-disturb data collect device and communication technology realized the data collect such as flux, pressure, electric data during the pumps testing. The system has simple, credible and economic hard-wares.4. The testing system can fit in enterprise's intranet or internet in forms of Client/service, make the testing computer as the Web service in the net. The tested information can be released by Web dynamically and realize multi-client real-time share the testing data remotely.5. The testing system can complete data collection and storage, show graph and print testing report etc functions.The online technology has been operated in enterprise, the technology and the design program which used in the system had been proved to be feasible and workable. It give us a worthy conference to solve the current limitation cased by pumps testing only can be done by single one time.This study is a useful trial and practice for our country's pumps online testing technology. It is also a basic work for pumps industry online testing technology's research exploit and application.
