The study on the design methodology of centrifugal compressor with low loss, high load, good performance under full condition and the CFD design of the turbo diffuser and volute is one of the front topics in the field of enhancing the turbosupercharger efficiency.This article take some turbosupercharger air compressor as the research object, discussed based on the parameter actuation fluid analysis combination optimization technology universal significance. And take I-DEAS the programming tool—PRG parameter actuation technology as the platform, in complex machine parts product design and analysis many steps automatic integrations, not only enhanced the heavy analysis efficiency, and provided the parameter actuation foundation for the following optimized design.Firstly produce the parametrization model in I-DEAS making use of programming tool PRG, then divide the finite element grid. Secondly, import the grid model into GAMBIT which is the prepositive processor of the CFD software, where set up the boundary conditions. Afer that, programe the CFD analysis and optimized design in FLUENT enviroment. Finally, integrate I-DEAS and FLUENT into iSIGHT which is a famous MDO platform in intellgence optimization field. The optimized result makes the pressure radio of the compressor to enchance 5.6%.This method suits uses the entire three dimensional dissipative flow procedure directly carries on the impeller mechanical lift-drag ratio analysis, and can effectively study the design variable to the impeller machine capability influence, thus reduces the optimized question scale, enhances efficiency which the air operated design optimizes, has the very good project application significance to the impeller machinery entire position appraisal and the design...
