As the living standard of Chinese residents is constantly improving,the requirements for health care are also constantly improving.In order to enable patients and users to observe the physical condition in real time,it is urgent to have portable,real-time detection,tracking and recording of human vital signs wearable medical devices.Therefore,the use of 13.56 MHz HF band label technology,to achieve a lowcost,portable pressure sensor,can monitor the body's internal pressure signals(such as intraocular pressure,pulse,etc.),has certain social benefits.In order to realize the design and development of portable pressure sensor,the principle of RF antenna technology is described.Secondly,in order to reduce the cost and simplify the manufacturing process,the parameters of the antenna are analyzed by using HFSS electromagnetic simulation software,and the parameters of the antenna are determined.Then,the equivalent capacitance,equivalent inductance and loss resistance of the antenna are analyzed and calculated,and the equivalent circuit is determined.Thirdly,the label circuit is designed,and the function and function of the components in the circuit are described.The formula of voltage and current on both sides of the pressure sensor is deduced by using decoupling and circuit principle.At the same time,the process of circuit development is described in detail.Finally,through the connection of Arduino and pressure sensor in the experiment,the resistance value of pressure sensor decreases with the increase of pressure.Then,the optimal working distance h of the portable pressure sensor at 13.56 MHz frequency is determined.Under the optimal working distance h,the relationship between the force acting on the portable pressure sensor and the voltage at both ends of the reader is obtained by measuring with an oscilloscope.The innovation is that the pressure sensor can work normally without power supply from the outside,and can accurately sense the change of pressure.It has many advantages such as low cost,high sensitivity,high mechanical reversibility,durability and stability,and has a wide range of application value in medical and other fields.
