Concrete is a kind of composition constructional material, which consists of sandstone, cement and water, etc. A mass of small, rigid and wear well sandstone in concrete results in extraordinary complicated process of diamond saw blade sawing concrete. At present, study on sawing concrete processing at home and aboard is in rare. This paper has systemically studied the sawing mechanism, segment wear of plain concrete and steel fiber concrete. Sawing parameters were optimized in this thesis, too.Stereomicroscope was adopted in observation the microcosmic dynamic process of single grain and double grains diamond pens sawing concrete. Removing mechanism of concrete material and crush processing of diamond were achieved during observation by combining characteristic of sawing force. Research indicated that single particle diamond sawing concrete was a repeated processing as below: chipping was extruded to both sides; then a portion of chipping was flied out with the diamond cutting in further, and a portion of chipping remained in both sides of slot. In addition, concrete chipping accumulation in front of diamond was compacted gradually by diamond and replaced diamond's sawing. It would fly out at a time when it stacked up to a certain volume. Entire process was accompanied by bursting out of powdery chipping and massive chipping. Crush processing of diamond is that crack appeared at boot of diamond and extended along the 45 degree direction until diamond dropped out of bond , which produced with the impaction of big steel fiber.By orthogonal experimental method, sawing force was measured; sawing technological parameters, workpiece material and affection of different species segments to sawing force were investigated. Experiment consequence was that sawing depth, feed speed and cutting speed were remarkably affect sawing force in sawing plain concrete; sawing depth, diamond concentration and feed speed were remarkably affect sawing force in sawing steel fiber concrete. It is appropriate to consider that sawing forces of single segment diamond sawblade and whole segment diamond sawblade have similar transformation trend and influence function, by simultaneous contrast both sawing forces.
