The paper is a deeply analysis part of the subject of Guangxi electric power testing research institute cooperating with mechanical college of Guangxi University about the security of towers in dalin line. The transmission towers development is described and the general ways of analyzing and designing are listed. With the applying software—ANSYS, the static and modal analysis about the different models of the towers in the line ( straight line towers and intersection angle towers) ,also reducing towers to truss-beam models and processing the static ,model and bucking analysis with this models , optimizing the towers.The main research conclusions are listed as follows:1. Building the beam models and truss models about straight line towers and intersection towers in different kind and height .(in number 32)2.
