A hybrid driven mechanism is such a machine where its drive system integrates two servomotors. To satisfy different requirement, the multi group output motions are got by two DOF linkage mechanism. The traditional kinematics and dynamics analysis of mechanism, especially complicated enclosed combination mechanism is tedious and includes a great deal of repetition works. The kinematics and the dynamics analysis of most of the mechanism, specially the mechanism of defined size, ADAMS can simulate and solve them quickly and accurately. ADAMS can also solve the repetitious analysis, such as the track problem of different position on a component quickly. Moreover ADAMS also provides the parameterize function to modify the size of the component conveniently.This paper applies Pro/E, ANSYS, MSC.ADAMS to built the model of five-bar and analyze the dynamic performance of it.
