In this dissertation, based on the analysis and calculation of the ultrasonic radiation force and its synthesized field, a two-dimensional ultrasonic radiation force synthesize and its micro-manipulation application system was designed, then the micro-manipulation experiment was developed and the experiment results were analyzed.Chapter 1, based on the presentation of micro-manipulation technology, its current development status and its effect to national economy, the research content of this dissertation is advanced and each chapter is arranged.Chapter 2, after the calculation of ultrasonic radiation force, the ultrasonic radiation synthesized field was established and analyzed, then the research on frequency-change and phase-change micro-manipulation technology was developed, the influences to the ultrasonic radiation force were considered at last.Chapter 3, by means of two-level distributed system framework, a kind of two-channel ultrasonic signal generator was designed, and its key technologies were researched. Meanwhile, the micro-vision part was integrated with above signal generator, then a two-dimensional ultrasonic radiation force synthesized and its micro-manipulation application system was developed.Chapter 4, the ultrasonic micro-manipulation experiments was finished and the experiment results testify the feasibility and validity of two-dimensional ultrasonic radiation force synthesized and its micro-manipulation application system.Chapter 5, this chapter summarizes the main conclusions of this dissertation and prospects for the ultrasonic radiation force synthesized and its micro-manipulation technology.
