Compressor is a kind of mechanism which is to increase the gas pressure by compressing the gas or to deliver the gas. With the development of science and technology, the use of the pressure energy is becoming more and more extensive, which makes the compressor become one of the necessary key equipment in each branch of national economy and be widely used in industry and daily life. While the energy consumption of large-scale compressor is an important part of the energy consumption in industry in our country. If the flow rate output of these large power compressor can infinitive adjustable, it can bring incredible energy-saving efficiency. Based on the analyzing and investigation of air displacement adjustment system of compressor by reading, analyzing and summarizing lots of literatures, this paper discusses the variable displacement of control system of piston compressor. At the end of the this paper, make some valuable conclusions.In Chapter 1, firstly make a brief introduction of the classification, features and applications of compressor. Then, summarize the different methods of air displacement adjustment, introduce the present state and perspectives of the related technology of displacement adjustment system of compressor both internal and external. And at last, bring forward the research significance and contents of the project on the basis of the engineering practice.In Chapter 2, in the beginning, introduce the operating principle of the hydraulic displacement adjustment system which is exploiting for the reciprocating piston compressor—the high-frequency response hydraulic actuator. Then the mathematic model of the simplest type of actuator, which is composed of a fast switching valve and a plunger-type hydraulic cylinder, is developed. The digital simulation of the actuator is carried out according to parameters under its practical working conditions. Through the simulation analysis, the advantage and disadvantage of the actuator and the influence of the system parameters is achieved. According to the disadvantage that the flow rate and driving force are not enough, two solutions are put forward: 1. two parallel fast switching valves; 2. a fast. Do the simulation of the two solutions separately, compare the advantage and disadvantage of them. At last, we confirm the solution that a fast switching valve installed in series with a secondary valve is the better one.In Chapter 3, firstly do the experiment of the scheme that a fast switching valve...
