| Automobile electronic trumpet makes a sound by reason of vibrancy of diaphragm and its tone lies on vibrancy frequency. It can adjust trumpet's tone by adjusting clearance size of gag bit and small pontil. Its tone bulk must be controlled in the regulated scope strictly. Products whose bulk are higher or lower than the standard belong to fake ones. So size of gag bit and small pontil plays an important role in production quality during process of trumpet's assembly. At present, measurement and adjustment of clearance are mostly done artificially. So there are a lot of drawbacks, because subjective mood of people take great proportion among it and repeated work frequently will cause people tired and lead to measure error; which also waste a large amount of manpower and cause production cost higher. So in order to solve these drawbacks, this paper designed an automation measure system and had a research of adjusting system for unqualified production.This thesis designed a clearance automation measure system by making use of pneumatic transmission, PLC technique and grating sensor. The whole blue print was designed and execution elements of air pressure were selected correctly. Aerodynamic loop of system and mainly driving organ were designed in this paper. PLC of FX2N series manufactured by Mitsubishi was used for control core. Hardware circuit with sensors and software of measure system were designed. Probation experiments show that the system is steady, precision of measure is high, resolving rate reached 5μm and measure efficiency increases 25%. In practices, the system is of good peculiarities such as high efficiency, good stability and reliability. The automatic distinguishing manipulator is high-powered. Finally the framework of adjusting system was designed based on research on pneumatic proportion clique technique. The math model and transfer function of adjusting system were founded by series equation, force balance equation of cylinder and flow equation of valve. It's a non-liner system and primary capability parameters of math model were analyzed. It plays a instructional role for practical system design by research and analysis. |
