| More and more high-voltage AC motor are applied in all professions along economy developing , It is important problem to start electrical motor. This paper analyzes many starting high-voltage AC motor means, magnetic control in soft starting AC motor is superiority in price and synthesis. The control ing device of SR(saturable Reactor) in starting motor is studied on working and starting principle of SR by means motor equivalent circuit of Γ model. The electric current of motor may not vary in process of starting motor by closed electric current . Instead of old open control. There are many soft starting means such as the electric current being not vary, voltage slope linear mangnifing, starting motor by predetermine . It is such as SCR in performance but cheap .The device has friendly interface .The current and velocity can be displaied in time , and be stored in device before starting motor . The device can give alarm or no balance of three phase electric current . The device can protect the motor against damage and has a lot of measures avoiding electromagnetic interfering because they are strong in starting motor .The system program is structural linguistic and be programmed by C51. The course of starting motor is modeled by Simulink of MATALAB toprove correctness of control .The set is connected with the centre computer of factory through the RS-485 Bus, programmed by VC++6.0 . It will convenient for monitor and management of working process in order to numeral management of factory.
