Our country is a region broad nation which has abundant of water resources. In the past fifty years, the hydraulicians have built many sluices. Yet in the built hydraulic engineerings, a lot of sluices are built on deep and thick overburden layer. How to deal with these technical matters of building sluice on deep and thick overburden layer, optimize lock basin structure design and save on investment is one of people concerned problems. The influence that deep and thick overburden layer to the lock basin structure and their interaction need hydraulicians further research. In the sluice design, the variation of stresses of lock floor acting on soft foundation is the most concerned problem for designers. According to the method of elastic grade beam, I compile a small calculated programme with FORTRAN. Combined with the basic document about the real engineering FU TANG hydropower station, this paper selects the 2# sluice lockage chamber as calculated model. This paper analyses the factors such as deformation modulus, thickness of hollow quoin, thickness of lock floor and width of lock gate how to influence on endogen force of lock floor.Applying the software of ANSYS, I establish a 3D-finite element model of the 2# sluice lockage chamber of FU TANG hydropower station.
