Research & Development On The Technique Process Preparation System Of Guest Elevator Timing By Alternating Current

Product technique process preparation is the important constituent of production and management for enterprise, during the period of technique process preparation, forming a series of technique process preparation document is the important basis for each department to carry on normal activity. According to the production of the guest elevator timing by alternating current of a Wuhan enterprise, which has existed work bottleneck in product technique process preparation and urgent time, the technique process preparation system of guest elevator timing by alternating current was studied to solve the problem after negotiation with the enterprise.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and tendency of CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) technology, combining with the basic demands of CAPP system from the enterprise, the technique process preparation system of guest elevator timing by alternating current was developed. Adopting the database management method and modularization structural design method, the system was developed based on the operating system of Windows 2000 and the software of Visual FoxPro. Through detailed analysis of the production process, the overall solution of the technique process preparation system of guest elevator timing by alternating current has been determined, including work flow, over structure, development environment. Each function module and database has been designed. The research main conclusions are as following:1. According to demands of the system function, main database table (Standard database), total procedure table, contract table and other temporary tables were established. The main database table, including the individual information and technical information, is the information aggregation of each kind of guest elevator timing by alternating current, which is used in the process of reasoning; total procedure table contains the procedure of the production, which is used in the craft line designing; contract table is used to store the information of contract and the temporary table is used to store the temporary data generated by the program.2.
